Provider and contact
Summondesk is provided by Ioannis Kosmas (Blank Margin), c/o COCENTER, Koppoldstr. 1, 86551 Aichach, Germany. Send contract, billing and legal enquiries to support@madebyblankmargin.com.
The service
Summondesk provides software and a coordination service that lets you access computers you own or are authorised to use. You are responsible for securing the computers you connect and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Plans
The Free plan is provided as-is with the limits described on the pricing page. Pro is a subscription for one person across all of their devices; it renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the billing period chosen, until it is cancelled. Lifetime is a perpetual, non-transferable licence for one person across all of their devices, bought with a single payment. Lifetime is a launch offer for the first 100 customers and is not sold after that.
Prices and payment
Prices are final prices in euros. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancelling Pro
You can cancel Pro at any time without giving a reason: on the Cancel subscription page, linked in the footer of every page and in your dashboard, or in the billing portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for; Pro stays active until then and you are not charged again. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing in the billing portal.
No refunds
Your access starts immediately after payment. At checkout you agree to this and confirm that your statutory right of withdrawal ends when access starts. Payments are therefore not refunded.
Acceptable use
Do not use Summondesk to access systems without permission, to circumvent licensing of third-party software, or to resell access. Accounts that do so will be closed.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Summondesk available but cannot promise uninterrupted service; connections also depend on your networks and devices.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Liability under mandatory law, such as the German Product Liability Act, is not affected.
Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving a reason, by a clear statement to Ioannis Kosmas (Blank Margin), c/o COCENTER, Koppoldstr. 1, 86551 Aichach, Germany, support@madebyblankmargin.com, for example by email or with the form below. Sending it within the 14 days is enough. If you withdraw in time, we refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you used and at no cost to you.
Pro and Lifetime are digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. The right of withdrawal ends as soon as your access starts, because at checkout you agree that access starts immediately and confirm that you know you lose the right with it.
